Not quite there yet ...

Until further notice, all travel to customers, as well as auditions at Galibier remain suspended.

Continuing virus mutations threaten immune compromised members of Galibier's staff.  We respect their wishes, and we ask that you do the same.

We're working on producing video support as well as other means of facilitating a world-class setup for you:  "teach a man to fish" and all that.  

We realize that nothing will replace our on-site visits;  that demonstrating a correct setup has a profound effect on our customers, showing them what's possible.

With some new turntable installations, it's possible to create a near turnkey implementation remotely.  We documented one such remote setup in this blog post.  This was another COVID-workaround we performed.

Given these uncertain times, we  have adjusted our pricing structure for products which previously included an in-home setup:  our Gavia and Stelvio turntables.

Setup was previously built into the price, and we've reduced it accordingly, adding on-site setup as an à la carte item (with reduced pricing) for such time that we resume travel.
